Excellent liquid detergent production line provider

Liquid detergent making machine manufacturer and supplier 2026: No two detergent manufacturing projects are exactly alike. Product preferences, available raw materials, labor costs, factory dimensions, utility conditions, electrical standards, production capacity, and automation expectations can vary significantly between markets. For this reason, Meibao approaches liquid detergent production lines as customized engineering projects rather than one-size-fits-all equipment packages. The company can study the customer’s production goals and factory conditions before developing a suitable process flow, equipment configuration, and plant layout. This flexibility allows manufacturers to establish production facilities for different categories of household, personal care, and industrial liquid products. Depending on the project, a Meibao production line can support laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, toilet cleaning liquid, equipment cleaner, and other related formulations. Manufacturers can also select the control level that best fits their operating strategy, from manual and semi-automatic solutions to centralized computer-controlled production. Meibao’s project support extends beyond machine supply to installation guidance, commissioning, trial operation, training, troubleshooting, and long-term technical assistance. For companies entering a new market or adapting production to local requirements, this ability to tailor the manufacturing system can provide an important advantage and create a stronger foundation for efficient daily operations. An efficient liquid detergent production process depends on controlling every stage between raw material preparation and final filling. Production begins by measuring the ingredients required by the formulation and introducing them into the processing system in the correct sequence. This order is important because liquid detergents contain multiple materials that must be properly incorporated to create the desired finished product. Inside the slurry or mixing tank, stirring promotes thorough blending while the ingredients react to form the semi-finished detergent. The material then moves to a static tank for cooling, settling, stabilization, and removal of trapped air bubbles. Once ready, the finished liquid can be transferred to the filling equipment for packaging. Meibao designs complete liquid detergent production lines around this coordinated process, allowing manufacturers to connect processing stages rather than operate a collection of unrelated machines. Equipment specifications and control systems can be customized according to the desired product, output, factory conditions, and automation level. Solutions are available for products ranging from dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent to shampoo, shower gel, toilet cleaner, and industrial cleaning agents. With engineering, installation, commissioning, and training services also available, Meibao can support customers throughout the transition from production planning to commercial manufacturing.

Mixing is one of the most important operations in liquid detergent manufacturing because numerous raw materials must be incorporated according to a specific formulation and processing sequence. In a Meibao liquid detergent production line, measured ingredients are introduced into the slurry tank and mixed and stirred to prepare the semi-finished product. Effective mixing helps distribute the ingredients throughout the batch and provides the conditions required for the formulation to react properly. The appropriate tank and mixing configuration depends on several factors, including product type, viscosity, batch size, ingredients, and production capacity. A dishwashing liquid, shampoo, laundry detergent, or industrial cleaner may require different processing considerations, which is why selecting equipment solely by tank volume is insufficient. Meibao can develop the mixing and processing system as part of a complete production line, integrating it with raw material preparation, settling tanks, transfer equipment, controls, and filling systems. This allows the mixing stage to operate within a coordinated manufacturing process instead of functioning as an isolated machine. By combining customized equipment selection with process engineering, installation, commissioning, and training, Meibao helps manufacturers establish mixing systems suited to their formulations and production objectives while providing flexibility for different liquid detergent products.

We will show you the detergent powder plant machinery series that is most popular with customers. Closely following the market trend, Meibao uses advanced production line detergent manufacturing equipment and manufacturing technology to help detergent manufacturing plant improve their detergent powder manufacturing process. The product receives favors from the majority of customers for the high quality and favorable price. Our washing powder production line has the features as below.

How Does Meibao Liquid Detergent Production Line Works? All kinds of materials are measured and put into the slurry tank in order according to the process sequence. The semi – finished liquid detergent is prepared by mixing, stirring and fully reacting in the slurry tank. Then, the semi-finished product is put into the static tank, where the material is cooled and settled, and the air bubbles in the material are removed to obtain the product with stable phase. The static tank is usually set at a height, and the finished product is transported to the filling line for packaging under the action of gravity. The finished products are packed in boxes and sent to the product warehouse for storage. Features: poly aluminium chloride manufacturing process uses calcium aluminate powder and hydrochloric acid as raw materials. Hydrochloric acid and calcium aluminate are added into the batching tank in proportion for batching, and the slurry is pumped to the reactor. The materials react in the reactor to produce liquid PAC, and then the filtrate enters the finished product tank after sedimentation and filtration. The liquid is pumped into the physicochemical tray at the top of the drying tower, and the droplets flow down with the hot air to dry into powdery PAC. After the finished powder is discharged from the drying tower, it is cooled by the air lift pipe and separated by the cyclone separator and falls into the finished product silo for packaging. The dry tail gas and finished product cooling air are discharged after being dedusted by their respective cyclone dust removers and then sprayed and washed.
