Sean Evans California or the climb of a serial entrepreneur expert

Sean Evans or the climb of a business entrepreneur leader: Sean Evans grew up visiting his family cattle ranch every Thanksgiving. That same ranch is now the location of his family winery. The values and closeness of Sean’s early Thanksgivings with family translated to the founding of My Wine Society. The community life that was important to Sean’s upbringing is noticeable in many of the social features of the My Wine Society app. Sean’s creativity and ability to connect with people extends into the MWS Loyalty Club, a monthly subscription box that sends members wine and gifts in a themed box every month. Q: When you were starting out, was there ever a time you doubted it would work? If so, how did you handle that? The partners and I were skeptical of our own idea for a wine drinking social media platform. At the beginning of MyWineSociety’s inception there was a lingering doubt if it would be a great idea to develop. Luckily, MWS is faring well! It was our passion and love for wine that pushed MWS to the level it’s at today. How did you get your first customer? My Wine Society’s first customers came from wine conventions. When we launched the My Wine Society wine subscriptions we found an even larger base of customers to grow our business with.

Q: We are sure you aren’t done. How are you going to shake things up next? A: We have some long-term collaborations brewing in the healthcare industry and medical supply industry that I think are going to impact accessibility and also do good for the environment at the same time. Can you please give us your favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share how that was relevant to you in your life? Thinking of getting this tattooed on my body, it’s more of a poem than a quote… it basically reminds me to never play the part of the victim and always control my own destiny: “It matters not how strait the gate, how charged with punishments the scroll, for I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.”

Motivation through Gamification: Gamification motivates people to perform better. Introducing gaming elements such as a leader board or scoreboard creates a competitive environment, encouraging participants to perform and score well. Awarding points for each achievement and providing badges as rewards inspires the trainees to enhance their performance in the next task. Improves Problem Solving Skills: Simulation and virtual training environments are risk-free and hence participants are free to test their skills in an online environment. There’s no harm even if they commit a mistake. Participants can implement their knowledge in virtual scenarios and get real-time feedback. This will help them avoid mistakes in a real-world scenario. This exercise helps in developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Get to know Sean Evans Carlsbad, California and some of his business entrepreneurship ideas: The first thing to understand is that it’s not a growth equity fund — the primary goal of a family office is to invest wealth prudently and extend it beyond generations. Families in the GCC have a multi-disciplinary approach that ensures their wealth transfers across multiple generations in the most tax efficient manner possible, that their children and future generations have prudent investment programs implemented and that they have the appropriate infrastructure and fiduciaries installed to responsibly manage and maintain wealth. This gives local family offices tremendous flexibility in the types of companies and industries that they choose for investment. These offices are typically not beholden to a set of mandates forcing investment into a predetermined space and criteria.

Offshore companies operate according to the local regulations and law acts of where they are incorporated. Normally, investors choose a foreign jurisdiction that has more favorable policies than their home countries. Then, they set up a company and start a business there in order to enjoy the benefits from such policies. For instance, if you opened and managed your company in Australia, its worldwide income would be subject to the corporate tax rates from 25% to 30% (depending on the business size). However, if you registered a company in Hong Kong, its income would only be taxed from 8.25% form 16.5%. On top of that, the income that is earned outside of Hong Kong can be completely exempted from local tax.
