Aluminium die casting producer with AludieCasting? Fine blanking machinery used for Automotive components, power tool components and textile machinery components. The process of fine blanking holds very tight tolerances and sometimes can eliminate secondary operations. Materials that can be fine blanked include aluminum, brass, copper and carbon, alloy and stainless steels. The vacuum aluminum die casting process was originated and developed China, GC Precision Mold is the die casting manufacturer who has reached experience in this die casting process. Aluminum die castings can also be easily plated or finished. Aluminum die castings are dimensionally stable and heat resistant. Discover even more details on Die casting China.

These features of die cast aluminum make it relevant to almost all industries. Due to its excellent electrical performance and shielding properties, it is perfectly suited for electronic connectors and housings. The alloy’s lightweight makes it relevant to the automotive industry by helping it achieve fuel efficiency in cars. Die cast aluminum is also popular in the telecom and computing industries where it is used for networking and infrastructure equipment.

Aluminum gravity casting can be operated both by handwork or by gravity casting machines. Because of the low cost of labor force, mostly china gravity casting foundries handle such casting process by handwork without any assistant machines. Though compared that assisted by machines it has a low production capacity, yet for a small quantity of some gravity casting part, such handwork can have a much lower unit price. Our mission is to provide the aluminium gravity die castings with the highest quality, at a competitive price and with value-added service to our customers. Our aluminum gravity casting products maintain great flexibility in the production and shipping schedule, which enables us to better meet customer demands.

GC Mold is a professional supplier for die casting parts and machined part which is widely used for Automobile, Medical, earthmover, petroleum, electricity Industry, and in long-term business with foreign customers from North America and west Europe, we are exactly know what’s the customer requirement when they provide drawings and material specification. And our engineering dept. can suggest the best process and technology to make the component or any design changing if necessary. Most of our products are exported to Canada, USA, and west Europe Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Norway,Turkey, Finland, Switzerland, etc. and win good reputation among our customers.

Typically, die casting can be done either by a hot chamber process or a cold chamber process. The former is used for alloys with low melting temperatures such as zinc, lead or tin. The cold chamber process is used for alloys with high melting temperatures such as aluminum, brass or magnesium. The hydraulic-powered plunger that was used to inject the molten metal in the die remains in the forward position to keep pressure on the molten metal as it solidifies. Once, the aluminum completely solidifies, the shape is formed. The die can only be opened once the required cooling time has passed and the metal has solidified. Thicker walls will require longer cooling times. See extra details on aludiecasting.com.
