Corporate training services with holisticcoachingsolutions.com? Speaking of facilitating training logistics, note that you can reduce your training costs through blended learning. Simply put, fewer trainers for less time, means less expenses for travel, transportation, accommodation, and meals. Of course, neither online training is free of charge; it requires multiple resources and high skill professionals to design and develop high quality online training deliverables. However, you can keep its cost at low levels by taking advantage of the free educational technologies that are available today. All in all, blending different delivering modes in your corporate training can significantly increase your training’s ROI, as reducing traditional training costs can be effectively combined with improved staff performance.
In 2017, the total U.S. training expenditure– including payroll and spending on external products and services, rose significantly, increasing 32.5 percent to $90.6 billion. Overall, on average, companies spent $1,075 per learner in 2017 compared to $814 per learner in 2016. While companies are investing an exorbitant sum to train their employees, it would all be futile if these employees are unable to retain and process the information received. Similarly, employees in a corporate environment must have hands-on experience and must clearly understand the process before undertaking the actual work. Interactive corporate training ensures that the trainees are not just watching the content, but are actively participating.
Supporting you in moving beyond your present paradigm, liberating you from limited thinking, and expanding possibility beyond your imagination is what good coaching is about. One famous high tech company proposes that we “think different!” Good coaches facilitate this “thinking differently” out of and beyond the box. Transformational coaching is far more powerful than problem solving, which addresses the symptom but not the root cause of the symptom. It is our relationship to our desires that creates suffering. Millions of individuals suffer from having desires, having them fulfilled and from having them unfulfilled. The fulfillment of desires is not a bad thing. If it was, then the fulfillment for the desire for peace, the desire for enlightenment and the desire to end desires would also be seen as something other than good.

Imagine that I have concocted a product – a new soft drink – which I think tastes amazing. But is that enough for the success of the product? Probably not! I will test my new drink with a few representative consumers. After all, they are going to buy or choose to ignore my product. I will allow them to sample my drink and give feedback. The question I will ask is whether the drink is good (based on their opinion/perception). The next question will be – what can I do to make it better? Consumers will give their feedback – let’s say it is too sugary, or not enough flavor, etc. I will make some changes to the drink, based on the number of consumers giving that same feedback. Then I will go back to the consumer and ask them to taste the altered drink and give their inputs. This process will be repeated for a few iterations until the overall feedback to the drink is positive.
Being a lifelong audiophile, Roderick M. Mason relished this opportunity to serve in the audio industry and worked relentlessly to achieve success as a retailer. Gradually climbing the proverbial ladder of success, he was approached by a fellow audiophile who pitched him an idea to open an independent audio store. However, this endeavor failed to flourish and he had to leave behind the audio industry to pursue opportunities in different fields. Roderick went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and was able to lead this endeavor to fruition with utmost devotion and tenacity. However, a ruptured appendix put his journey as a personal trainer to a halt as he spent two weeks on a hospital bed and had to give up training for the next three months.
